Anxiety includes both physical and psychological experiences that happen when we are faced with a perceived threat. Anxiety disorders include Phobias, Obsessive- Compulsive, Panic and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders. Our team uses empirically supported treatments to treat anxiety, avoidance, fear, and problematic worry.
